InternalFor Carat and P&G teams
Every media application built for P&G, in one portal.
From first estimate to final reconciliation, the handoffs between your tools are automated, so there is far less copying and chasing.
Less done by hand.
The repetitive parts of media operations, handled by the platform rather than by your team, so the hours go back into the work that actually needs a person.
- Estimates without the wait
- Raise a request against an approved authorisation and carry on. No separate form to fill in, no email thread to keep track of.
- Campaign detail entered once
- Set a campaign up and it reaches the buying system as you entered it, rather than being retyped out of a spreadsheet by somebody else.
- Delivery you can see today
- Spend, pacing and impressions against target while the campaign is still running, not in a report that arrives after month end.
- Differences that find themselves
- Gaps between what ran and what was invoiced are flagged and escalated for you, instead of being hunted down a line at a time.
What you get access to.
The tools your team works in, across the whole life of a campaign. More arrive over time, always reached from the same account.

Governed by design.
Two things are enforced rather than left to care: who can reach what, and what the system will accept. Both are checked on the server, on every request.
- Multi-factor authentication
- A password on its own never gets anyone in. Every sign-in takes a second step.
- Least-privilege access
- You get the applications your role needs and nothing else, and an administrator approves each one.
- Access that keeps up
- Change role and your access changes with it. Leave, and it is withdrawn the same day.
- One rulebook, enforced server-side
- Who may do what is written down once. The screen only hides what the server would refuse anyway, so the two cannot drift apart.
- Validated on the way in
- Every request is checked against those rules as it is submitted, so a problem comes back while you are still looking at it.
- Exceptions are never silent
- A few rules can be bent for a genuine edge case. Each one needs a reason, and the reason is written to the audit trail with it.
Built by Carat. Backed by dentsu.
PGIntelligenceHub is designed, built and run by Carat’s own technology team for the P&G account. It was not bought in and adapted, which is why it fits the way the work is really done, and why it changes when the work does.
- Made for this account
- Not a general-purpose media tool bent into shape. It follows how P&G and Carat already work.
- Shaped by the people who use it
- What gets built next comes from the teams doing the work, not from a roadmap written somewhere else.
- Held to dentsu standards
- Security, data handling and access follow the standards the group applies across its businesses.
- Never finished, on purpose
- New workflows ship continuously. Every release takes another manual step out of somebody’s week.
